Great property for exploring the Snowdonia National Park as well as the castles and beaches of North Wales.


This semi-detached property situated in Llanfairfechan is great for family holidays and friends alike.

Ground Floor:
Living room: With gas fire, Widescreen TV and patio doors leading to garden.
Dining room.
Kitchen: With gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer.
Utility area: With dishwasher and washing machine.
Separate toilet.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed.

Large enclosed lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. On road parking. No smoking. Please note: There is a fenced river 30 yards away and sheep graze in the field to front and rear of property.

Located on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park this a fantastic location for easy access to Anglesey, the Llyn Peninsula, Snowdonia and the Conwy Valley. The Wales Coast Path passes close by for wonderful walking opportunities and views across the straits to Anglesey, and a national cycle route is even closer! Within easy reach is a huge selection of visitor attractions including both Zip World Velocity and Surf Snowdonia. Zip World is home to the longest and fastest zip line in the northern hemisphere and Surf Snowdonia the first inland man-made surfing lagoon.
For a more relaxed visitor experience is the National Trust’s Bodnant Garden, providing displays of rhododendrons and laburnum in May and June and other colours throughout the year, along with Penrhyn Castle (National Trust) and the stunning Aber Falls waterfall, all a must for a visit during your stay. Llanfairfechen centre is 2 miles away, and here you will find a well-stocked supermarket, post office, restaurants, takeaways (which offer home delivery) and a beach front pavilion café. Aber House has ample parking, and possible storage for bikes by pre-arrangement with owner. Beach 5 miles. Shop and restaurant 2 miles.
