Wind your way down sandy paths to Southgate or Three Cliffs in less than 15 minutes from the property. Just 400 metres from public transport links and with a shop and bar within a 15-minute walk, Sandy Rise makes for an ideal base on the Gower, Britain’s first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Gower is truly unspoilt by new development, its many beaches lay untouched by modern standards. That is not to say that the area is deserted; you will find many good pubs serving top quality locally sourced food, while there are farmers markets held in Mumbles and Uplands nearby.
