An enviable location for holidays throughout the year, this warm, comfortable farmhouse provides an idyllic base from which to sample the delights of the beautiful St Davids Peninsula. 300 yard walk down a winding lane takes you to the beach of Whitesands below, which is manned by life guards during the summer months.
Ty Gwyn is a house with history, according to local legend St David the Patron Saint of Wales was educated here in the 6th century, the owner has carefully compiled a detailed guidebook on the property and the surrounding area for guests.
St Davids has a range of amenities including banks, post office, internet cafe, supermarket, filling station, chemist, doctor, vet and interesting independent shops. St Davids, the smallest city in the United Kingdom is only a short drive away. Do visit the famous ’hidden’ Cathedral in the Vale of Roses, and the ruins of the Bishop’s Palace. Beach ¼ mile.

Cottages Was Exactly As Described On Website. Kitchen Extremely Well Equipped. Added Luxury Is The Rayburn, Keeping The Whole House Warm And Cosy. Especially Important When Guests Are Coming In From The Beach, Cold And Wet. Lounge Area With Log Burner Also Very Comfortable. I Particularly Enjoyed Reading About The History Of The Cottage And Its Surroundings.
