This is a fabulous house in an amazing location! It is a large house, but also felt cosy. The location is perfect for both the town and beach, and once you’ve got a parking space you don’t need to move all week. The only thing we couldn’t find was a cosy for the teapot!

Beautiful, airy and light cottage. Perfect location and plenty of room to spread out on dull days! Well stocked with utilities and utensils and didn’t feel we needed anything else!

As a family we visit and stay in beautiful Tenby every year. Positives Brilliant central location Spacious house. Lovely arrival goodies. Negatives Very dated house and facilities and could update and change most things at low cost, except rectifying the structural movement at the rear of the house, the movement in the property is significant and my children did not want to sleep in the far bedroom because of it. (I am a builder) Cracks and gaps in the walls upstairs caused by the structural movement of the house, the holes in the walls could be filled and rectified. Paint in places was peeling off the walls. Ceiling rose light in the porch, electric cables are visible, not sure if the plastic covering is broken. Crockery very dated and old. Sharp knives are not sharp at all, handles for the knives kept coming off. X2 very small frying pans, again old. Were given the smallest fairy liquid bottle ever seen and only 2 dishwasher tablets, why ?, enough for a week would have been helpful. No brush to brush the floors, no mops either, sand built up of the week from our shoes, but nothing the clean it up. There was a hoover there, but it would not pick up the sand. Sofas were ok but could do with more comfortable ones.
