This superbly appointed annex is attached to the owner’s house and is completely private. Each boasting separate entrances and outdoor spaces. The owners are busy planting trees in the grounds, with an aim to become carbon neutral and guests are welcome to make a donation to have a tree planted. Guests will be asked to write their name on a label, which will be attached to their donated tree, so that when they return, they can see how their tree has grown. This is a certainly a paradise for walkers, with the public footpath crossing the property land leading as far as you’d like to go, with walks to suit all abilities.

Wonderful high quality holiday accommodation; comfy beds, excellent bathrooms and modern furnishing. Breath-taking mountain views from all the rooms. Peaceful, relaxing location surrounded by fields. Close to wonderful walks and beaches. We have old knees, so research some gentle walks which still allowed us to experience the beautiful Snowdonia scenery. Being so high up the weather is both dramatic and changeable. You need a car to get up and down the hillside. The friendly owners were very helpful. Advance booking is recommended for local attractions
