With the beach and coastal paths literally on your doorstep the accommodation is ideal for those looking to enjoy the beach lifestyle.

Newquay town centre is a 15 to 20 minute walk along the scenic coastal path from Porth Beach. Newquay has nine famous surfing beaches, including Fistral, as well as one of Cornwall’s finest golf courses. There are also bars, bistros and clubs in and around the centre of town. The stunning Watergate Bay is nearby, home to the Extreme Sports Academy. Also available within a short drive is Rick Stein’s famous seafood restaurant and bistro at Padstow, the Eden Project in St. Austell and The Lost Gardens of Heligan in Mevagissey.

This exclusive property has its own steps down to the beach as well as an allocated car parking space to the front of the building. There are two steps up to the front door and the apartment is on the first floor. The apartment is available all year and has central heating throughout.

A welcome pack including tea, coffee and a bottle of wine is provided for guests on arrival.

We loved our stay here. It’s quite a big space but the main advantage is the fact it’s on the beach and that living room view. The apartment itself is a bit dated but it’s nice and clean and the view is so good. Great communication from the lovely lady, both before and after too. I like the way they put the keys in a key safe on the wall by the parking space and leave a lovely little welcome pack. Such a good base for exploring watergate bay , Padstow etc. Id stay again anytime. It’s the nicer , quieter end of Newquay too. We will be back !

Fabulous clean, spacious 'home from home' apartment in a wonderful position overlooking Porth beach. Provided everything we needed. Much appreciated welcome pack. Safe parking for 1 car. Lovely shared patio table in the garden overlooking the beach. Perfect for coastal walk to Watergate Bay, and into Newquay and surrounding areas. Our second visit here this year. We will definitely return.
