4 Richmond House is situated in the characterful seaside town of Dawlish, ideally positioned close to the beach and town centre. Internally the property is well equipped and is furnished to a high standard throughout. The open plan living/kitchen/dining area benefits from three full length windows which offer a light and airy living space. Not to mention if you book a 7+ night stay you will receive £20 towards your parking or £10 towards your parking for short breaks!
Dawlish is a charming coastal town situated on the beautiful south coast of Devon. The town is heavily influenced by the Georgian and Victorian periods and there is a delightful park with a brook running through the centre of town. Here you will find rare black swans and other wildlife.
The town’s railway station is nearby, offering good public transport links, and the iconic seafront line makes Dawlish a popular choice for train spotters and photographers hoping to catch a glimpse of the waves crashing over the exposed coastal route. The sandy beach at Dawlish is set beside this historic railway, whilst the beach at Dawlish Warren is only a couple of miles away.

The only problem with the property was the lack of parking. We were told to use the station pay and display car park but it had limited spaces and there wasn’t always a free place.

2nd time staying here so can't fault a thing Perfect for local transport Nice Fish and Chips and taking the kayak out to burn off those calories :-) Will definitely be booking again
