This beautifully converted holiday cottage with the excellent grounds of Eden Grove make it the perfect location for your next Cumbrian holiday.

Living area: With Smart TV and single sofa bed.
Dining area.
Kitchen area: With electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Separate toilet.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With zip and link twin beds (can be super kingsize on request) and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With zip and link twin beds (can be super kingsize on request).
Bedroom 3: With double bed.
Bathroom: With shower cubicle and toilet.

Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
