lovely cottage in a stunning location. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. However the kitchen need not be located where it is. The steep stairs are an accident waiting to happen. It would not be a major job to relocate the kitchen to one of the rooms above. The stairs to the kitchen could be dispensed with and the current kitchen could be a third bedroom with en suite to be used only when necessary.

Fantastic cottage and place to holiday. Local amenities very few, you have to drive. However it is not that long a drive to the main town Banff, where there is lots of amenities. The cottages situation is peaceful, idyllic location, with beautiful views. The cottage its self was beautiful, comfortable and very clean, made the week extra special staying somewhere that felt like home. The access to the cottage is down steps. It was a bit of a struggle, but well worth it to stay in such a beautiful place. I am disabled and with help, managed OK on crutches, but wouldn't recommend wheelchair users. Only an hours drive from Aberdeen, so you can have City life, Seaside and Countryside all in one holiday. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend 33 Crovie for anybody wanting an escape from daily routine. 5 Star, highly recommend.

There couldn't be a better spot to stay - right on the seafront, with beautiful views from the living room. It doesn't matter what the weather is like as the sea is dramatic when the wind is blowing. The people we met in the village were very friendly. Needing to walk down from the top of the cliff just means don't pack too much!
