Norton Park is in a rural setting with beautiful views over the Devon hills, and in some areas, along the River Dart or out to sea.
Each property has been lovingly furnished to a good standard and offers spacious, open-plan accommodation with a light and airy feel, as well as lovely views across the park. The kitchens are well-equipped with everything you could need during your stay. The comfortable living areas offer the ideal place to unwind after a busy day or for nights in with a movie.
Surrounding the chalets is a shared lawned area, the perfect space for summer barbecues or an afternoon snooze in the shade of the trees. Children will enjoy this lovely spacious area in which to run around.
Dartmouth is famous for its award winning restaurants and bars so you’ll be sure to find something to suit everyone’s tastes. There are also a host of country pubs and seafood restaurants dotted all along the coastline that are well worth the short drive to find.
These lovely chalets are just a stone’s throw from of a number of stunning beaches as well as the famous Britannia Royal Naval College and historic Dartmouth Castle. If you feel like venturing further afield, the towns of Totnes, Kingsbridge and Salcombe are only a short drive away.
Two supermarkets can be found two minutes away from the park. Dartmouth also has a wonderful selection of shops, galleries and boutiques as well as a market on Tuesdays and Fridays. Dartmouth leisure centre with its great indoor pool is just along from the park, and its outdoor pool is open from June to September.
Coastal walks can be accessed from Little Dartmouth - a map can be found in the car park. A popular local pub at Dittisham is located right next to the beach, and has a play park for children. Beach 2¼ miles. Shop ¾ miles, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
