Sutherland Drive is a lovely holiday accommodation in a quiet residential area, set in the seaside town of Torquay making up part of the beautiful English Riviera. The property sleeps up to 6 guests in total over 2 bedrooms and an additional double sofa bed in the lounge. As you enter the property, on the ground floor is the lounge with sofa bed, armchair seating and Smart TV which then leads into the fully equipped kitchen/dining area, with breakfast bar area and another Smart TV making a great social space. There is a stable door from the kitchen/dining area leading out onto the rear garden, fully enclosed with a good sized patio area and seating. Upstairs are the two main bedrooms, the master bedroom containing a king size bed, with dressing area and additional small walk in wardrobe. The master bedroom also has a pop up TV at the end of the bed for watching on those lie ins. The other bedroom contains a double bed and Smart TV. The family bathroom is also located on the first floor with jacuzzi bath and shower above. Torquay as a holiday destination has so much to offer including beautiful beaches, coastal walks and marina. Not to mention many restaurants and bars. There are activities for both adults and children whether that be a show at the nearby Princess theatre, a spot of golf (both normal and mini golf for the children or just for a bit of fun!) as well as arcades, bowling and leisure centre to name just a few. The local towns of Paignton, Brixham, Dartmouth, Kingswear and the city of Exeter are all within driving distance and make for great days out just outside of this beautiful town.
