1 Garden Apartment is located in the Prospect House development, which holds a stunning position perched on a cliff top above Start Bay. It is within a few minutes’ walk of Hallsands Beach. The Prospect House Estate is an award winning New England style development, completed in 2008.Internally, 1 Garden Apartment is modern and offers white oak floors in the bright open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The property has underfloor gas central heating in the living areas and the bedrooms. The property offers country views as well as views of the swimming pool and gardens. Externally, the furnished patio and gravel garden is ideal for al fresco dining, with planted lavender, olive trees and other coastal plants.Prospect House has a sheltered, communal garden to the rear, a heated outdoor pool area and a full-size tennis court. There is also has a large communal garden at the front of the building with a dining area and benches overlooking the whole bay. Prospect House sits directly by the South West Coastal Path which leads to the unspoilt beach of Hallsands. Further along the path is the village of Beesands with an excellent local inn and a shellfish beach bar, both of which offer fantastic food. Prospect House to Beesands is approximately a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute drive.There are many towns and villages to explore in the area. These include the market town of Kingsbridge and the picturesque town of Salcombe, which offers many water-based activities and beaches to enjoy. Torcross and Slapton are approximately 4 miles away and the spectacular coastal road leads on to the town of Dartmouth. In Dartmouth you will find a great selection of boutiques, cafés and restaurants offering the catch of the day
