A trip to Mumbles is well worth a visit, especially for those who enjoy fine cuisine. Mumbles is renowned for its collection of excellent restaurants and cafés, as well as being a traditional seaside town. One of the most curious landscapes in Gower is the reedy nature reserve around Oxwich Burrows, a flatland of salt and freshwater marshes. The marshes are dotted with pools and surrounded by ancient woodland which lead down to one of the most coveted beaches at Oxwich Bay. A local pub can be found nearby. Shop 1 mile.
