Away from the coast, the nearby charming market towns of Carmarthen and Llandeilo, are rich in Welsh culture and offer traditional Welsh pubs, boutique shopping and irresistible restaurants that are waiting to be explored. There is also a carse lake close by and Ffos Las race course 3 miles away. For a family day out, visit the numerous historical sites dotted around the county including Kidwelly Castle and Aberglasney Gardens, or take a 60-minute drive to picturesque harbour town of Tenby and discover its thrilling Oakwood leisure attractions.
