St Dogmaels is perfect to take a morning stroll for a freshly brewed coffee at St Dogmaels Abbey and visitor centre.
    Rhianfa has been lovingly restored into this traditional Welsh cottage, with a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, complete with a range, you can cook that special meal whilst taking in the views of the river below. Relax in the spacious living room with solid wooden floors, wooden beams and focal inglenook fireplace, where you can enjoy a cosy evening with the wood burner roaring. On those balmy summer days take advantage of the terrace with a family barbecue and cook some local freshly caught salmon.
    A stay in Rhianfa is not complete without a trip to the picture postcard Poppet Beach, which is literally on your doorstep. Locally, Cardigan has grown its reputation for gourmet dining and offers a cluster of fabulous restaurants offering local Pembrokeshire produce, there is also many craft and antique shops and not forgetting the recently restored Cardigan Castle with a trip back in history. Locally a trip to Cenarth Falls is spectacular, timing your visit in line with the Sewin and Salmon migration you can watch these majestic fish leaping up through the falls. A 15-minute drive away you can discover the resort of New Quay and a little further along the coast you will come across the colourful seaside town of Aberaeron. Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 300 yards.
