The bijou holiday cottage has been beautifully restored by the owner and is a compact and cosy cottage ideal for a couple. There is a galley style kitchen open plan to the lounge area with a wonderful wood burning stove that warms the whole area. The dining area is situated at the window where you can enjoy the view over the open countryside.

    Positioned along a private water board road, accessing the north side of Loch Katrine, this location really gets you away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. The cottage has original thick stone walls and a slate roof.
    The interior has been beautifully appointed with attention to all details. There is hard wood flooring in the main living area, with carpet in the bedroom and fully tiled bathroom.
    The open plan living area makes for an ideal space to relax and dine together.

    Ground Floor: Property is all on ground floor level and is heated by electric wet system and comprises:
    Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area.
    Lounge Area: Comprising of feature log burner, brown leather sofas, flat screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player and free sat.     A communal pay phone is available within the shared courtyard (there is no mobile phone signal). A travel cot and high chair is available on request.
    Water is supplied to the cottage via a private water supply. A welcome pack is provided consisting of homemade bread, free-range eggs, milk, butter, jam and flowers. This is a well-appointed cottage with all home comforts catered for.

    Parking: Off road private parking for two cars. There is ramp access from parking area to patio and lounge area.
