Oban, Ben Nevis, Glencoe and Fort William are all excellent day trips, or you might like to try a spot of quad biking, about six miles away. Nearby Dunoon is a pretty town with many shops, restaurants, a swimming pool and a cinema, and is known as the ‘gateway to the highlands and islands’. There is good sea fishing. The property is also well situated for those wishing to visit the World’s biggest Highland Games event in Cowal. This annual event is one not to be missed with Highland dancing, pipe bands and plenty of entertainment for all the family.
