Ca de Leli is a 19th century terraced country house cosily placed amongst a handful of rural buildings in the heart of one of Umbria’s most picturesque valleys. The Niccone Valley straddles the Tuscan border, close to Lake Trasimeno in some of central Italy’s best countryside. Lovely country walks abound all around the property whilst nearby Umbertide, Perugia and Gubbio in Umbria and Cortona, Arezzo and Borgo San Sepolchro are all close by for excellent days out. There is a small, above-ground, outdoor pool (open June to September) and seating for dining within the grounds of the house.
