This old, renovated, stone-built house in rustic style, is semi-detached and is set in the medieval village of Villabuona, in an area with many attractions and activities. Visit Bagni di Lucca, less than 20km away, with spas and ancient caves, Celle Puccini with the Puccini museum, or enjoy horse riding 12km and golf 13km. The cities of Lucca, 22km, Pisa, 40km, and Florence, 100km, are also worth a visit. Situated on the outskirts of the village, the house is accessible by car, but is closed to other traffic. Trails provide pleasant walks and excursions. The area on the ground floor with rustic living room and stone walls, obtained from an old basement, and with direct access to the garden, is connected to the upper floor via a steep, open tread, turning wooden staircase. The middle floor has a second entrance from the outside and is also connected to the upper floor via a steep, wooden, open-tread, turning staircase. The road leading to the parking area is steep and uphill.
