These old farmhouses, a manor house and a very small parish church have been restored to build this mini complex. The houses are situated along the Sieve valley, in the area known as the Mugello and which poets have defined as ‘a wonderland’ because of its continuous and lively hill towns (Vicchio, Scarperia, Borgo San Lorenzo), its villas (Villa Cafaggiolo) and its castles (Castello del Trebbio). Each house has been built behind one another and they overlook an extensive and beautiful valley with a pretty lake down below. Eight apartments have been obtained, in addition to the manor house, which itself has been transformed into a holiday home. To the back, on a grassy terrace there is a beautiful swimming pool from where you can enjoy a superb panoramic view. It is possible to purchase products from the farm (wine, oil) and to visit the farm’s cellars for wine tasting. There is also a slide, swing and various mini-games in the grounds for children to enjoy. Behind the swimming pool is woodland, where guests can enjoy long walks. Just 1km from the property is a lake (fishing rods can be hired at cost). A small wooden house, with a dining room and kitchen, can be hired at cost, and is located 2km away in the woods (daylight hours only). Jeep hire with a driver can also be requested and is payable locally.
