The open-plan living area and shower room are on the ground floor, and a steep staircase leads directly into the double bedroom and separate toilet. The property is located in an exclusive estate with shared areas, where guests can admire various botanical rarities or share the swimming pool and tennis court. Nearby places to visit include Grimaldi Inferiore (all kinds of shops) and Mentone, with its famous ’Giardini di Villa Hanbury’ (beautiful botanical garden from 1867), both 1km, the Principality of Monaco 10km, the city of San Remo 28km or Nice 30km. There is a golf course and riding school within 10km.
