This beautiful holiday villa is set within the countryside and not far from the towns of Gaeta and Formia. It enjoys panoramic views to the island of Ponza and Palmarola Ventotene, and is the ideal base for a family or group of friends from which to explore the sights of the coast as well other popular attractions of southern Italy. There are two separate annexes, each with a double bed and shower and bathroom facilities. One of the annexes even has a living/dining room/kitchen, giving guests independence and privacy. The villa comes complete with a garden that surrounds the property with vineyards, olive groves and vegetables, all of which can be purchased from the gardener. An outdoor swimming pool is ideal for cooling off after sunbathing round the pool on the sun loungers. It has Roman steps and is illuminated at night giving a special effect. For cooler evenings, there is an open fire in the living room. Some of the bedrooms have French doors which open to the terrace and garden. If you tire of lounging around the pool, there is a beach just 1km away.

This first floor, holiday apartment is 5km from the sea of Recco, set in the small village of Golfo Paradiso, between the village of Portofino and the town of Genoa. In an idyllic setting surrounded by green landscape, the apartment is not far from the Ligurian coast.
