    East Cork has a wealth of golden beaches and rocky coves with fishing opportunities. The historic and extremely picturesque town of Kinsale, which is 26 miles, has many things to do both on and off the water. Boat trips, horse riding and fishing are all available locally. The hotel has two excellent restaurants and a bar which serves food.
