It is set on the south western tip of the Finistère coastline, in an area known locally as the Pays Bigouden, known for its delicious crêpes and cider. The nearby coastline is stunning and is home to some of the best surfing in Brittany. The beautiful beach at La Torche is just a 5km drive away and there are also many quieter beaches within the same distance. The Pointe de Penmarch is close by, offering beautiful views all around, or visit the museum at Pont-l’Abbé, 6km. Quimper is the region’s capital; a beautiful city well worth a visit.
