The working lighthouse at Gatteville is close by, also known as Pointe de Barfleur Light. It stands at 75m tall, and is the third tallest traditional lighthouse in the world. For alternative day trips, visit Cherbourg, approximately 28km away, where you will find all amenities and a lovely harbour front whilst Saint-Pierre-Église is approximately 12km.
