Its design is very original as the living spaces and the sleeping area are completely separated by a terrace. The grounds are fenced, sheltered and not overlooked. The beach of Godelins is only a few hundred meters away, and Binic is quite close too, with its lively beaches, port, casino, leisure centre, as well as restaurants and créperies. For the amateurs, the Golf des Ajoncs d’Or in Lantic is close by. Shop 600m, restaurant 300m and beach 1.1km.

    La Roque-Alric is a picturesque village where the houses, in particular the church, seem embedded into the cliff face. Just a few minutes away is Beaumes-de-Venise with good basic shops and its famous Muscat, the fine sweet wine. This little house is set at the foot of the village, with a nice front terrace and to one side, views up to the ’roque’ itself and across the valleys to the limestone ridges of the ’Dentelles de Montmirail’. The interior is surprisingly spacious with tiled floors throughout and good quality fittings. There is a jacuzzi-bath outside on the rear terrace, wonderful for relaxing in!
