It is 2km to the village of Domfront for restaurant and shops. Further shops and a tennis court are available at Conlie, 4km. There is a swimming lake for children at Sille-le-Guillaume, 15km, as well as plenty of walks in lovely forests close by. The world famous Loire châteaux are about an hour and a half drive and Le Mont Saint-Michel is worth a day trip to the Brittany coast, a 2 hour drive. Le Mans, famous for its 24 hour race, is also only 20km away.
