In Mortain and within the immediate vicinity, there is a lot to do; Bellefontaine Park, the village of Potters and the eco-museum of Ger, the Mills of the Valley of Sées, the Green Way of the Morainais, flea markets and antiques.
It is also an ideal starting point for excursions to Mont Saint-Michel, the Channel Islands or the famous beaches around Granville.
