Close to the banks of the River Seine, this semi-detached cottage, adjoining the owner’s property, is in Lavacourt-Moisson which is situated near to the entry of the regional park of Vexin and is close to many castles, museums, parks and gardens. At only 75km from Paris, the town was made famous by painters Monet and Lauvrey as it inspired many of their pieces. The town is now appreciated more by nature lovers, golfers and swimmers. The holiday home has been sympathetically restored and provides a light and airy base not too far from France’s romantic capital. There is a nearby sports and activity centre that can be visited, and an excellent golf course 3km away.
