    This holiday village is just a short walk from the centre of the medieval riverside market town of Montignac. Montignac is famous for the Grottes des Lascaux. An international festival of music and dance is held in the town at the end of July. An outdoor market is held every Wednesday beside the church and offers a wide selection of produce, household items and clothing. There are three boulangeries and a small supermarket, post office, banks, boutiques, riverside restaurants, cycle hire and canoe hire in the town centre.
