Converted from Grade II listed stone buildings, they retain much of the original charm and character, with beams throughout. The interiors are superbly finished, furnished and equipped and the three larger cottages are rated ‘5 Star’ by the VisitEngland. The indoor heated swimming pool for the exclusive use of visitors to Beech Farm, has a sauna and spa. All the holiday cottages enjoy the shared use of a walled garden, sun terrace, paddock, children’s play area, barbecue area and two llamas, ponies, chickens and ducks in the field.


    The small village of Wrelton - listed in the Domesday book - is on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, which has over 500 sq miles of moorland and forests, and there are country and woodland walks which start in the village. It has a cosy pub within easy walking distance. The North Yorkshire Moors National Park starts only a couple of miles up the road and the heritage coast is within easy reach. Walking, golf, riding, fishing and numerous village pubs and restaurants are all available within a few miles. The North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway runs from the picturesque market town of Pickering just three miles away. Pickering also has a castle and museum as well as pubs, shops and a range of restaurants. The delights of the seaside are only just over half an hour’s drive away where unspoilt sandy beaches (Runswick Bay, Filey), historic fishing ports (Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay) and resort attractions (Scarborough) can be found.     Ryndle Corner is a beautiful, detached house overlooking Peasholm Park, one of the finest locations in Scarborough and voted one of the best parks in the UK. Ryndle Corner is a short stroll from the north bay’s long sandy beach, which makes it a great location for a family holiday. Also very near is the Open Air Theatre, the largest open air amphitheatre in Europe where, during the summer season you can enjoy concerts from world renowned artisits. The long wide sandy beach has won awards for cleanliness and has gained the Blue Flag award and the Quality Coast award. You can walk part of the Cleveland Way along the rugged coast. Scarborough boasts two beaches with a long flat promenade where you can enjoy those early evening strolls. The castle stands proud on the hillside separating the two bays. The south bay is more vibrant with the amusements and shops, and the north bay is the quieter, more peaceful area. For those of you who like the evening entertainment the Stephen Joseph Theatre is close by. Famous for the world premieres of almost all of Alan Ayckbourn’s plays, the theatre is well worth a visit. There are plenty of good bars and restaurants all within walking distance.

    Scarborough is a great base to see what the east coast has to offer. Just a short drive and you can visit Whitby, Flamborough, Bridlington and the famous RSPB cliffs at Bempton where you can see the puffins in their natural habitat. The medieval city of York is only an hour away where you can visit the famous Minster or the railway museum. The house is very large and spacious with six bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. There’s plenty of space for two or three families to share and still have privacy in this homely property.

    A new waterpark will be opening in Spring 2016 which will offer water slides and a wave machine, a great day out for all the family, and only 10 minutes stroll from Ryndle Corner!
