Town End House, a smartly presented end terrace house and sits in the heart of the village of Burton in Lonsdale on the edge of the county of North Yorkshire. The house is spacious and welcoming and offers beautifully presented accommodation for 7/8 guests in four bedrooms. There is an imaginative, well stocked extensive enclosed garden to the rear which was created by the previous owner who was a botanist. There is also ample parking for three vehicles in the gravelled drive. The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge/diner has an inviting open fire, ideal for those chilly evenings. Perfect for a larger family, the cottage can be booked along with Nelson’s Cottage (CC216011) next door to accommodate up to 13 guests.
Could guests please note, that if both Town End House and Nelson’s Cottage are booked together, the owner has requested that there are no dogs in the party. Town End House is a newly refurbished, pet free family home, and would provide a wonderful hub for any group of friends or family who may wish to holiday together. This could be a little awkward if guests staying at Nelson’s Cottage, next door had a dog. Many thanks for adhering to the owners request.
