The historic market town of Evesham can be reached within a 20-minute drive and provides the perfect opportunity to visit the abbey or enjoy a browse around the shops and a walk on the banks of the river. There are almost 20 National Trust properties within a thirty-mile radius, including the ancient town of Warwick with Warwick Castle, Hidcote Gardens and Kenilworth Castle. The regency town of Cheltenham is also only a 30-minute drive away and definitely worth a day trip to the world famous Cheltenham Racecourse for a flutter on the Gold Cup in March.
