The Park is a secret huddle of distinctively chic holiday properties, hidden in a tranquil valley garden just yards from a stunning beach on the north Cornwall coast. No two holiday homes are the same at this holiday park, with stylish lodges and cosy cottages which are all nestled in 27 acres of tranquil grounds. Some of these have private terraces with hot tubs, many have enclosed garden spaces. Most of the homes are dog-friendly, as is the beach, no matter what time of year you come and stay. You can swim in one of our two swimming pools, let off steam in the spa, or lounge in the café. There’s also a children’s play area, table tennis and a DVD library. The Park grounds offer sun traps, hidden pathways and fruit and herb gardens which guests are invited to sample. Next to the café is the heated indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Outside, you’ll find another heated pool in a south-facing garden setting with views across the valley, complete with a bar serving food and drinks throughout the summer.

If you’re looking for adventure, take a stroll along north Cornwall’s breath-taking coastal paths, beaches and cliffs. For something more extreme, learn to surf at a surf school on Mawgan Porth Beach, or maybe try kite surfing at Watergate Bay, just two miles down the coast. If your food supplies are running low, pick up some holiday essentials at the convenience store in Mawgan Porth Village, or dine at Jamie Oliver’s ’Fifteen’ restaurant at Watergate Bay, or Rick Stein’s Seafood Café at Padstow.

Cornwall has plenty of family attractions, and is also well-known for arts, culture, history, heritage, gardens, food, drink, film, TV and literature. Beaches in the local area, Watergate Bay, and the surf beaches of Newquay, lie within five miles along the coast road southwards, and the seven bays and beaches of St Merryn and Padstow are 10 miles to the north. Further afield, the beaches of Marazion, St Ives, Sennen, Kynance Cove, Falmouth, Perranporth and Porthcurno are among the top ten in the county (according to the Cornwall Guide). Even if the weather is poor, do what the locals do - wrap up warm, take a brisk walk in the wind, watch the waves crash on the rocks and let the Cornish sea air blow the cobwebs away!

Other attractions including the educational Eden Project and Healey’s Cornish Cyder Farm, are not far away. Cornwall is steeped in myths, legends and folklore, from ‘piskies’ and ’faeries’ to kings and castles. Cornwall’s 50-plus gardens all enjoy the warmth of the Gulf Stream, which means that many are home to rare tropical plants, flowers and trees. There are gardens of different scales in Cornwall, from the small and unusual to the large and more famous. Beach 300 yards. Shop and pub 250 yards, restaurant on-site.

Four steps to entrance: All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin (2ft 6in). Shower room with toilet.

Electric fire in living room included. Electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and high chair on request. 32" Freeview TV. DVD. CD. Gas hob. Electric oven. Microwave. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools

A real gem! The perfect holiday retreat for those seeking to get away from it all, these stunning architect designed holiday cottages (refs 27073 to 27082) boast stylish interiors that cleverly unite the contemporary with the classic. Architect designed and furnished by interior designers, these unique and exclusive cottages have been finished to exacting standards. All feature a selection of local stone, slate and cedar and each has a carefully positioned patio and balcony. (The Haven cottages are all semi-detached, while Villa Gallery cottages are either semi-detached or detached).
Exquisite taste and exacting quality complement the use of local materials to produce a homely feel. The more energetic will enjoy the shared indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and squash courts and gym, or you can simply relax, unwind and sample some of the delectable cuisine on offer in the sophisticated Café Azur (all on-site facilities are open from Easter until the end of October). Alternatively, just sit back on your patio or balcony and observe the visiting wildlife.
A famously mild climate, gorgeous beaches, picturesque villages and top attractions are what visitors can look forward to when they stay at one of these holiday properties in South Cornwall. Ranging from the wide sweep of Falmouth Bay to tiny hidden coves reached by winding tracks, the beaches of South Cornwall are as perfect for lazy summer days as for invigorating winter walking. And there is also a great range of water sports on offer, many close by at Looe Beach.

Enjoy sea angling trips and boat rides from charming fishing villages such as St Mawes, Mevagissey, Looe and Polperro, and Fowey is a firm favourite with the sailing community.
