The quiet, rural location is the perfect base to tour the surrounding countryside of Derbyshire and the Peak District National Park with many delightful walks right from the door of the property.
With a stylish blend of old and new throughout, the ground floor the property has a cosy sitting room with oak beams and wood burner, a well equipped farmhouse kitchen, a reading relaxing area with sofa bed, a utility room and a cellar bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower. Upstairs there are 4 rooms - the spacious master bedroom with king size bed, a 2nd bedroom with double bed and the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. An upstairs shower room completes this restored property.
