The large market town of Chesterfield famous for its crooked spire is just 15 minutes away, and the magnificent historic houses of Chatsworth Estate and Haddon Hall are around 20 minutes. The ever popular Bakewell and Hathersage in the heart of the Hope Valley are also around 20 minutes and the beautiful honeypot village of Castleton and wonderfully historic plague village of Eyam are around half an hour.
