Nearby, the historic port and market town of Bideford is just 2 miles, as is the dramatic far reaching sandy beach of Westward Ho!, popular with keen surfers, windsurfers and beach lovers. Locally, golf (Burrows course), indoor swimming pool, fishing, sailing and water skiing are all available. Family attractions such as The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Dartingtion Crystal Factory, Tapeley Park, Tarka Trail, Atlantic Village are all within easy distance of the cottage.
