The delightful Georgian market town of Louth is picturesquely situated in the lush and green Lincolnshire Wolds. It is the perfect base from which to explore the picture-perfect landscape that inspired one of our most beloved poets, Alfred Lord Tennyson.

Donna Nook Seal Sanctuary is within 2 miles and from late October to late December seals congregate to have their pups here (1798 pups in 2014). Seals are very close to the public viewing areas, making Donna Nook one of the most accessible sites for seeing seals breeding in the UK. It attracts 40,000 visitors a year. Good walks and cycle routes are straight from the door with fishing and golf courses all within a short drive.
