    Hereford, Malvern, Gloucester and Regency Cheltenham with its racecourse are all within easy driving distance. For children, there is the Wye Valley Visitor Centre, with its maze, butterfly zoo, miniature golf and laser tag, the Small Breeds Farm Park and Owl Centre, or the Birds of Prey Centre in Newent. Close by is Kilpeck Church, perhaps the best preserved Norman church in the country. Symonds Yat offers everything from gentle rambles to canoeing within its magnificent natural setting, or join the network of pathways comprising the Wye Valley walk.
