All the properties are spacious, have en-suite bathrooms and many have sea views north to Lundy Island and west over the Atlantic. Guests are free to use the 7 acres of land, including a 2-acre meadow and play area which is ideal for children to let off steam. Guests may use the gym facilities and spa facilities free of charge. The gym is equipped with Life Fitness equipment and is accessible all day. The spa consists of a spa bath (with seats for 8 adults), a steam room (with seats for 7 adults), and a sauna, and is available to guests from 6pm-9pm each evening. There is also a reading room on site which is available for guests. A towelling robe is provided free of charge for each adult.
    The perfect setting for walking holidays, cycling holidays, romantic or family breaks, this relaxing holiday retreat is just 1 mile from the South West Coastal Path, as well as many sandy beaches and hidden coves.
