Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine, dryer, hanging for coats and storage and the all important downstairs toilet. The lounge oozes opulence with 14 seat Chesterfield sofas all warmed by a wide-screen built in wood-burning stove. There is flat screen TV and double doors, which open on to a large patio. The library room is a separate TV room with seating for seven guests in front of a large flat screen TV. This room also has a door opening onto the patio. There are furnished patios to the front and rear of the property. The front patio gets the sun in the morning, the rear gets it in the afternoon, so you really have all angles covered. Oakland West has a no stag, hen or similar group policy due to its quiet residential location. This property is best suited to family holidays, three generation gatherings or 50th, 60th, 70th...birthday parties!
