Braddon has its own raised deck for enjoying the glorious surroundings.
    Farmhouse (ref 30082) is a perfect base for a larger group or family. Sleeping up to twelve guests, the Farmhouse offers space and flexibility and is sympathetically furnished to compliment the traditional features of the property. It has an oil Aga, and an electric cooker in the second kitchen.
    Chappell (ref 30083) is a cosy, single-storey Cornish holiday cottage with a lovely view across the landscaped courtyard. Chappell, once part of the open feeding area for the cattle, has been tastefully restored into holiday accommodation and has been named after a previous owner of Treworgie in the 16th century.
    Butterwell (ref 30084) is an ‘upside-down’ cottage enjoying magnificent views across the rolling countryside, with a tantalizing glimpse of Dartmoor in the distance. Originally, the ground floor formed part of the dairy, and the first floor formed part of the granary.     Trespaddick (ref 30085) is a comfortable two-storey holiday cottage with beams throughout and has been converted from what was originally part of the stables, retaining some of its original features. A lovely suntrap is provided by a south facing terrace to the rear. Previously, the ground floor formed a significant part of the dairy, and the first floor a section of the granary. The cottage was named after the Priory of St Stephens at Launceston (owners of Treworgie between 1288 -1540).

    Lansallos Barton is on the edge of Lansallos, halfway between the coastal villages of Polruan and Polperro. This small hamlet is a cluster of cottages around a charming church.
    This striking and handsome slate-hung farmhouse has been converted into two sizeable cottages (refs: NT011013 and NT011014), both with far reaching views over the fields towards the sea, with Dodman Point in the distance. Each cottage has its own enclosed garden and picnic table where the peace and tranquillity can be enjoyed. Llansallos Cove is a short walk away and the other little beaches on Lantivet Bay are nearby. To enjoy more hustle and bustle, head to Polperro, Looe or Fowey.
    The fishing town of Looe is only a short drive and provides an excellent wide sandy beach to keep children and beach lovers happy for hours. The rock pools will keep the children amused while the local fish market provides the perfect opportunity to get the catch of the day for that special evening meal or barbeque back at the house.
    Visit the ancient seafaring town of Fowey, or take a short drive and ferry trip across the beautiful river Fowey to the town, once the home to the famous author Daphne Du Maurier and now the location of a royal sailing regatta. Fowey has an abundance of narrow streets lined with interesting shops, galleries and cafés, and provides an excellent day out for all the family. There is a network of footpaths which pass through some of the most scenic countryside in the district, one of which leads directly from the village. The city of Plymouth is just 18 miles and is home to the award winning National Marine Aquarium. Our mild winters ensure that many plants are able to thrive in Cornwall and with this, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project are both within 25 miles. There are many historic houses to visit close by including Cotehele, Lanhydrock and Antony. There is horse riding nearby, and golf courses within 20 miles include the ’course that Jack built’ at St Mellion, Looe Bindown and Lanhydrock. Liskeard sports a leisure centre with swimming pool, squash, indoor bowling, badminton and fitness suite. From here you can take the lovely branch line which runs down to Looe through the wooded East Looe Valley. Nearby Siblyback Lake offers windsurfing, dinghy sailing, canoeing and fishing. Mount Edgcumbe Park with its 800 acres of parkland located on the Tamar estuary is also well worth a visit.
