    Ref: W43697

These two timber lodges (refs W43697 and W43698) are superbly located on a well-appointed holiday park, between the pretty village of Polperro and the historic town of Looe, on Cornwall’s beautiful south coast. Killigarth Manor holiday park has many amenities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis court, adventure play areas, a gym and a sauna, as well as a club house with summer entertainment and a takeaway. Polperro, with its quaint working harbour and narrow winding streets that are home to fisherman’s pubs, galleries, bakeries, cafés, restaurants and shops selling local caught seafood, is just a short stroll away. Take a boat from the harbour to experience sea fishing and with luck, bring home for the evenings barbecue. Coarse fishing is also available just 2 miles away (licence required). The historic fishing port of Looe is close by and has a superb sandy beach, providing an excellent day out for the family. Visit the local renowned fish market which sells fresh fish straight off the boats in the harbour. The sheltered bays of Talland and Lantic offer excellent swimming and bathing against the backdrop of the dramatic Cornish coastline, whilst the scenic Cornish Coastal Path can be accessed nearby, leading visitors through stunning scenery, much of which is National Trust land.
The famous sea faring town of Fowey, once the home of Daphne du Maurier can be reached by catching the regular ferry across the Fowey River. The abundance of vineyards, orchards and gardens in the region are a tribute to the mild climate, with the spectacular Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan within half an hours’ drive. Equidistant is the ancient fishing port of Mevagissey, its double harbour is a colourful array of traditional vessels and pleasure craft. Away from the coast there are many wonderful attractions including Bodmin Moor and the Slate Caverns near St Neot, and Plymouth can be reached within 25 miles. Fishing, sailing, horse riding, tennis and golf available locally. Beach ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant on-site (open Mar-Oct).

All on ground floor: Living/dining room with French doors/kitchen. 3 bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and toilet, 2 twin. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.
