Moreton-in-Marsh is an excellent base for exploring many of the surrounding picturesque Cotswold villages which lie in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, including Stow-on-the-Wold, which is just 4 miles away, Chipping Campden and Chipping Norton are 8½ miles away and Broadway and Bourton-on-the-Water are 10 miles. Daylesford Organic Farm is just 6 miles away, a beautiful place to visit for tea, coffee and lunch. There is an abundance of attractions close by including Batsford Arboretum, Sezincote House and garden and several National Trust properties, also within easy reach. Slightly further afield but within a 30-minute drive are the popular destinations of Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon, the regency town of Cheltenham and the medieval town of Burford. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yards.
