We had a lovely holiday with our elderly relatives. Even though the weather was poor, the cottage was comfortable and pleasant to stay in. We enjoyed looking out into the garden and watching the many birds using the feeders. We also spotted a red squirrel. There were a couple of small grocery stores and cafes locally so you didn't necessarily need to drive somewhere to have these facilities. The owners are very pleasant and accommodating. We were even able to hire a wheel chair for the day at a very small cost.
