Overall the location of the venue is fantastic. Great Welcome from the Manager and helpful. The property itself was however in need of restoration, a good clean. Dead flies around windows, cobwebs in corners etc. Swimming pool was not what we expected with 3 children desperate for a swim. Very cold water, base of swimming pool with grimed on dirt. Not appealing at all. Electricity had to be paid for. Washing machines by coin meter. Very old fashioned and not kept up with the times. Shame really as from the outside looks great. Would not stay at this venue again unless improvements were made.
