A lovely quiet retreat, with just the sheep for company - perfect! Very comfortable cottage, and the unexpected welcome food gift from the owner was an added bonus. Would highly recommend.

A wonderful spot for those who value peace in beautiful surroundings with pleasant local walks and a host of interesting historical places to visit (or revisit) - the iron age hill fort of Bury Ditches was the gem for us. The bungalow is comfortable and our host had done everything possible to anticipate our needs (eg shower gel, soap, handwash, fruit) and make us feel welcome
