Wheelwrights Cottage was delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a real bonus having a toilet downstairs as well as upstairs. The welcome package of homemade bread and flapjacks, milk and a bottle of wine was very much appreciated. Rumburgh is a small hamlet and we enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Lovely little cottage, owners were really friendly and very helpful. We were given fresh home made bread and marmalade on arrival and some wine in the fridge....and some fantastic unpasteurized raw milk! Pub down the road was friendly as well....would definitely stay again!!

The cottage was very clean and well kept, lovely and warm and cosy. The owner gave us a very warm welcome and lovely welcome pack including home made flapjack and bread. The pub in the village was very friendly serving good food and beer. The cottage is situated fairly central for visiting both the coast and nearby towns. We would definitely recommend this cottage.

Wheelwright's Cottage was ideal for our needs - safe area for our dogs, very clean and well equipped. The owners are friendly, unobtrusive and helpful. We know and have always loved the area. The new vineyard just down the road was a happy find and we look forward to tasting our choices. Halesworth, the nearest place to shop, is well provided - excellent, large Co-op e.g. and interesting shops in other areas of the town. Rumburgh has an excellent and fascinating network of footpaths and, of course, the coast just a few miles away, is magnificent.

Our 3rd visit to this beautiful cottage. We keep going back as it offers peace and tranquility with the comforts of a wonderfully appointed cottage. Katherine and Stuart are really welcoming and on hand if you need anything. The surrounding area is full of delights. Highlights for us this visit were Dunwich beach,St Peters Brewery and crabbing at Walberswick. Wonderful memories made.
