A modern, comfortable cottage which was very well-equipped with everything you'd need. The kitchen & bathroom were both well-designed, the shower was good with plenty of hot water. There were enough parking spaces for everyone staying in the cottages in a courtyard just in front. The location is central for travelling around South Cornwall.

The property was much smaller than expected. There was no privacy, it overlooked a parking area and lacked comfort. Some of the crockery was chipped, the curtains covering the French Windows didn't fit and there was no DVD player.

Nicely done out, comfortable cottage. Comfy bed and sofa and great shower. Missing a dvd player which we had expected to have but otherwise well equipped. Location was great for us with easy access to St. Ives, Penzance, Lizard Peninsula etc. via A30 all about 30 mins away. Lovely local pub serving good food was walking distance and huge Tesco 10mins by car. We had a great stay.

The cottage was clean and modern with everything you need. Whilst booking the picture shown is very misleading.it gives the impression of space , when in reality the owners home is directly opposite the accommodation and we were looking into they're kitchen. It didn't provide much privacy and we could hear what was happening in next cottage. Please be aware that there are two houses on site which one was up for sale so there would be less privacy again once sold.
