We had a lovely week at The Burrows and would certainly stay again. Armchairs could do with recovering.

Furnishings need updating and repairing insufficient cutlery and crockery for 4persons when using the dishwasher. Bedrooms comfortable and pleasant. Good base for most attractions in the Cotswolds.

on the sunday after arrival there was a power cut which we had to deal with ourselves as the owner and her designated helper were not available. as theweather was very warm I was very concerned as I am diabetic andwas relying on the fridge to keep my insulin cool. This is not an ideal situation to occur considering the cost that the owner is requesting is not low. On inspection of the property it was found to require some TLC as the decoration was looking pretty tired. This property was certainly not up to your usual high standard

Comparing to our many previous bookings ,the heating was excellent as was the cleanliness however we found that two partially used toilet rolls and no back up a bit disappointing also there was a lack of other normaliy available items in the kitchen.A toilet on the ground floor would have been good.A poor selection of television channels.Whilst there is no requirement for a welcome pack it nice for little greeting of some kind.

Assumed property was in Lower Slaughter village it is not, it is along side the A429 which is like a motorway, noisy day and night.Property was comfortable and well equipped.Local shop is garage close by. Other amenities are a drive away.
